Synth pop artist Lou Rebecca is Holodeck’s newest pride and joy, and she's ready to make her mark on the industry with her self-titled debut EP. Her soft and charismatic voice and style are instantly endearing and go beyond the basic tropes of the archetypal pop crooner. Currently hailing from Austin by way of ParisLousings in both English and her native French on her first single “Fantôme”.

Holodeck is proud to present a special WORLD PREMIERE screening of a video from our newest artist Lou Rebecca! Austin based/Parisian native Lou Rebeccahas mastered the art of sophistication in pop music and has been a huge presence in the local synth scene for several years. Lou’s work occupies the point of harmony between accessibility and technique, meticulously designed with a unique emotional and conceptual palate.

House of Kenzo Joins AMVF After-Party

As the festival winds down for the day, the after-party collects at The North Doorfor the Holodeck ShowcaseTroller starts off the party with a DJ set, followed by live performances from Lou Rebecca and Samantha Glass. Video projections and light show will be brought to you by Jenni Kaye of Hyperreal Film Club.

San Antonio dance/performance art/music collective House of Kenzo (who starred in Dylan Cameron’s video for “Difficult Floor” earlier this year) will be live on stage to close the night out with a special performance and collaboration with Dylan Cameron (DJ).
